Our Manufacturing Capabilities & Production Base

Yinli Intelligent Manufacturing Base integrates smart manufacturing, precision engineering, and advanced water treatment technologies to deliver reliable purification solutions. Leveraging ERP, MES, and IoT systems, the facility enables efficient production management, full-process traceability, and intelligent quality control. Equipped with automated processing, precision welding, and advanced testing facilities, combined with Toray membrane technology and strict IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC standards, Yinli ensures consistent product quality from components to final delivery. With flexible production capabilities covering 0.1T–40T water purification systems and customized solutions, the facility supports global projects with an annual capacity of 500 units and efficient delivery within 15–60 days.

Nanjing Aquacup Manufacturing base covers approximately 45,000㎡, integrating R&D, production, testing, and engineering capabilities. With over 120 patents, the facility has developed core technologies in membrane treatment, mineralization, pH adjustment, and advanced oxidation sterilization. Supported by strict quality management systems and advanced testing facilities, it delivers reliable water purification solutions. As a contributor to industry standards, the company has completed more than 3,000 water treatment projects across over 100 cities, providing comprehensive water solutions to more than 3 million users worldwide.

Dongguan Aona Manufacturing specializes in the R&D and production of smart water meters, flow meters, valves, and intelligent water management solutions. Equipped with modern automated production lines, a standardized flow laboratory, 8 volumetric calibration systems, 2 semi-automatic gravimetric testing systems, and 2 imported piston-type calibration systems, the facility has an annual production capacity of 1 million meters. Backed by 39 patents and software copyrights, CE-certified products, and internationally recognized management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO/IEC 20000, Dongguan Aona delivers high-precision, reliable smart metering solutions for municipal water utilities and smart water infrastructure worldwide.
