I. Project Background

This municipal wastewater treatment project was developed to improve urban wastewater collection and treatment capacity, enhance water environment management, and support sustainable ecological development.

With a designed total treatment capacity of 540,000 m³/day and a current treatment capacity of 350,000 m³/day, the project applies advanced wastewater treatment processes, including Modified AAO, MBR (Membrane Bioreactor), and activated carbon regeneration adsorption technologies.

Located in Taiyuan, the project demonstrates large-scale wastewater treatment capabilities and advanced process optimization experience. Through continuous upgrading and professional operation management, the system improves effluent quality, enhances treatment efficiency, and supports regional water environment protection.
