Aquacup provides containerized seawater desalination solutions integrating pretreatment, reverse osmosis desalination, water purification, and intelligent control systems. The solution adopts a comprehensive treatment process including seawater intake, pretreatment, precision filtration, high-pressure pumping, reverse osmosis (RO) desalination, post-treatment disinfection, and automatic control. The pretreatment system removes suspended solids, colloids, organic matter, and residual chlorine to protect RO membranes, while the reverse osmosis process effectively removes dissolved salts, microorganisms, and impurities to produce high-quality freshwater.

Equipped with PLC-based intelligent control, the system enables real-time monitoring of flow, pressure, conductivity, liquid level, and operating status, supporting automatic operation, flushing, and safety protection functions. All major components, including pipelines, valves, instruments, and control systems, are integrated inside standard containers with customized options such as corrosion protection, insulation, air conditioning, and explosion-proof design.
